Terms & Conditions – 323bet: Rules & Player Rights

1. Definitions

To make this document easier to read, the terms below carry the following meaning throughout all sections:

• Platform / 323bet
  The online entertainment service operated under the 323bet brand, accessible at the domain 323bet.click, including all games, account features, and payment methods made available.
• Player / You
  An individual, aged 18 or over, residing in Brazil, who has created a registered account with 323bet and uses the platform's services.
• Real Balance
  The amount in BRL deposited by the player via Pix, available to bet and withdraw with no rollover restrictions.
• Bonus Balance
  Promotional credits awarded by 323bet (welcome bonus, free spins, cashback) are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable funds.
• Rollover (Wagering Requirement)
  Number of times the bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• KYC (Know Your Customer)
  An identity verification process requiring submission of personal documents (national ID, CPF, proof of address) to validate the account before the first withdrawal.
• Pix
  Brazil's Central Bank instant payment system, used as the exclusive deposit and withdrawal method at 323bet.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Who can register

Registration at 323bet is permitted exclusively for individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be on an active voluntary exclusion list (self-exclusion or a court-ordered ban from betting platforms);
• Not be an employee, service provider, or first-degree relative of a 323bet staff member;
• Not have any other active or suspended account on the platform. Each player is entitled to a single account.

2.2 Required registration data

To create a 323bet account, you must provide: your full legal name as it appears on an official document, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile number with area code. This information is verified at registration and during the KYC process. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any available balance, as outlined in section 9.

2.3 One account per player

Creating multiple accounts — even with different emails, phone numbers, or documents — is strictly prohibited. If 323bet detects duplicate accounts, all of them will be closed and the balances held for review. The player will be notified by email and will have 15 days to submit a written appeal before any final decision is made.

3. Account Verification (KYC)

3.1 Verification requirement

Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal. 323bet may request verification at any point during the life of the account, particularly when financial activity exceeds internally defined thresholds or triggers anti-money laundering (AML) controls.

3.2 Accepted Documents

To verify their account, the player must submit legible copies of the following documents through the account dashboard:

• Identity: National ID (RG), driver's license (CNH, front and back), or valid passport;
• CPF: CPF card or any document that clearly displays the number;
• Proof of address: water, electricity, gas, or landline phone bill in the account holder's name, issued within the last 90 days;
• Pix Key: proof of ownership of the Pix key used for deposits (bank statement or a screenshot of your banking app showing your name and CPF).

3.3 Review Timeline

323bet reviews submitted documents within 3 business days. If any document is illegible, expired, or contains inconsistencies, the player will be notified by email to resubmit. While a KYC review is pending, players may continue depositing and playing, but withdrawals will be held until verification is fully approved.

4. Deposits

4.1 Deposit method

323bet accepts deposits exclusively via Pix. Bank slips, credit/debit cards, TED transfers, DOC, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and any other payment method are not accepted for deposits. This decision was made to ensure instant confirmation, eliminate chargeback risk, and protect players from conversion fees.

4.2 Deposit limits

Players with a VIP Diamond limit may request an increase to their daily deposit limit through their dedicated account manager. Responsible gaming limits set by the player themselves take priority over the platform's default limits.

4.3 Account ownership

The Pix key used for deposits must belong to the registered player — with a CPF matching the one on the 323bet account. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will result in the transaction being cancelled and refunded to the sender. This rule cannot be circumvented by using a family member's account, even with their authorization.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To make a withdrawal, the player must meet all of the following criteria:

• Verified account with approved KYC (documents submitted and validated);
• Available real balance of R$ 20.00 or more;
• No pending security reviews or active investigations on the account;
• Full completion of the rollover on any active bonus (if a bonus balance is pending).

5.2 Withdrawal Timeframes and Limits

Timeframes apply including on weekends and national holidays. Withdrawals exceeding the daily limits listed may be requested in installments on consecutive days.

5.3 Withdrawal to the Account Holder's Pix Key

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the Pix key registered on the account, which must belong to the player with their CPF linked. 323bet does not process withdrawals to third parties under any circumstances. If the Pix key is changed, the new information goes through validation before being cleared for withdrawals.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

323bet's welcome bonus grants 100% on your first deposit up to the limit stated on the promotions page active at the time of registration. The bonus is credited automatically after the qualifying deposit and appears as bonus balance in your account dashboard. For the bonus to be credited, the deposit must meet the minimum amount specified in the active promotion.

6.2 Rollover and Usage Period

The bonus balance and all winnings generated from it are subject to a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount received. The deadline to complete the wagering requirement is 30 calendar days from the credit date. Bonuses that are unused or whose wagering requirement has not been met within the deadline are automatically cancelled, with no refund of the corresponding amount.

6.3 Contribution by game category

6.4 General bonus rules

• Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only, on the first account registered;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after the full rollover is completed may be withdrawn;
• Bets placed with bonus balance on games excluded from contribution do not count toward the rollover;
• 323bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if abusive behavior is detected, such as betting on both sides of an event to meet rollover requirements risk-free;
• Free spins awarded through the VIP Program carry a 30x wagering requirement on winnings generated and are valid for 7 calendar days;
• The terms of specific promotions (cashback, reload, tournaments) are set on each promotion's page and take precedence over the general rules in the event of a conflict.

7. Game Rules

7.1 Provider liability

The games available on 323bet are provided by licensed and audited suppliers, including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming, Big Time Gaming, and Evolution Gaming. Each provider is responsible for the technical operation of its games, RNG certification, and payout accuracy. 323bet acts as a distributor of the gaming platform and does not interfere with algorithms or results.

7.2 RNG and randomness

All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by internationally recognized independent laboratories (eCOGRA, GLI, or BMM Testlabs). The RTP published for each game represents the theoretical return calculated across billions of simulated rounds — it is not a guarantee of return per session. Individual session results may vary significantly from the average RTP, both above and below.

7.3 Malfunction

If a game experiences a technical malfunction — connection failure, software error, or interruption mid-round — the corresponding bet will be cancelled and the full amount returned to the player's balance. Winnings generated during a documented malfunction period will not be paid out. 323bet will notify affected players by email within 24 hours of identifying the issue.

7.4 Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpots are managed by the game provider, not by 323bet. The real-time value displayed on the platform is for reference only and may vary depending on the provider's system updates. Jackpot payouts are processed by the provider and credited to the player's account within 72 hours of official prize confirmation. Jackpots are paid in BRL at the equivalent value on the date of the event.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The behaviors listed below result in immediate account suspension, balance hold pending review, and in the most serious cases, permanent closure with forfeiture of balance and notification to the relevant authorities:

• Financial fraud: use of third-party cards, Pix keys not belonging to the account holder, or false or tampered documents during KYC;
• Bonus abuse: creating multiple accounts to accumulate welcome bonuses, betting on both sides of the same event to meet wagering requirements without real risk (arbing), or using fictitious or third-party accounts;
• Use of prohibited software: betting bots, automation scripts, RNG exploitation tools, real-time assistance programs at live or poker tables (unauthorized HUDs, real-time solvers);
• Collusion: pre-arranged collusion between players at poker tables or in any competitive game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants;
• Money laundering: using the platform to conceal, convert, or move funds of illicit origin, in violation of Law No. 9,613/1998;
• Unauthorized access: attempting to access internal systems, databases, servers, or other players' accounts without explicit authorization.

9. Account Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may request permanent account closure at any time via live chat or by emailing contato@323bet.click. Before closure, any available real balance will be processed for withdrawal via Pix to the registered key, provided KYC has been approved. Bonus balance with a pending rollover is cancelled with no refund. Closure is irreversible and prevents the creation of a new account using the same CPF.

9.2 Closure by 323bet

323bet may close or suspend an account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following situations: breach of any clause of these Terms, identification of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8, a request from a competent Brazilian authority, detection of financial fraud or money laundering, or account inactivity for more than 24 months with no remaining balance.

9.3 Balance in a closed account

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation confirmed as fraud, the retained balance is subject to internal review and may be confiscated in accordance with applicable Brazilian law. If an account is closed due to inactivity with no irregularities, the real balance will be returned to the registered Pix key within 15 business days following an attempted contact with the account holder.

10. Responsible Gambling

323bet recognizes that a small number of players may develop compulsive gambling behaviors. That is why the platform offers self-control tools that work immediately, with no red tape:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps through your account dashboard. Once configured, limits can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period;
• Loss limit: set the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period. Once the limit is reached, new bets with real balance are blocked for the configured period;
• Session alerts: receive on-screen notifications after your configured play time has elapsed. The alert appears at each set interval without automatically ending your session;
• Temporary self-exclusion: lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the exclusion period, depositing, playing, or reactivating the account before the period ends is not possible;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently closes access to the account and prevents a new account from being created with the same CPF. Irreversible — think carefully before activating.

323bet applies behavioral monitoring to identify patterns that may indicate problem gambling — such as frequent deposits following losses, attempts to bypass limits, or support messages suggesting distress. In these cases, the responsible gaming team proactively reaches out to offer support and information about resources available in Brazil, such as CVV (Centro de Valorização da Vida, 188) and CAPS (Centro de Atenção Psicossocial) within the public health network.

11. Privacy & Data Protection (LGPD)

323bet processes players' personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018). The data collected — name, CPF, email, phone number, address, transaction history, and gaming behavior — is used exclusively for the purposes listed below:

• Identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML);
• Deposit and withdrawal processing via Pix;
• Personalization of your platform experience and promotional communications (with the option to unsubscribe at any time);

12. Limitation of Liability

323bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the player's own betting decisions — game outcomes are random and 323bet has no control over individual results;
• Service interruptions caused by internet provider failures, network instability, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events (power outages, natural disasters, third-party cyberattacks);
• Unauthorized account access resulting from password compromise by the player themselves (credential sharing, use of unsecured public networks, malware installation);
• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, beyond the limits set out in the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) where applicable.

323bet's total liability to a player, under any circumstances, is limited to the real balance available in the player's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

13. Changes to these Terms

323bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players with an active account by email at least 15 calendar days before they take effect, except where immediate legal requirements apply, in which case changes may be instantaneous.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes tacit acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date as described in section 9. The current version will always be published on this page with the update date clearly visible at the top of the document.

14. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the 323bet platform that is not resolved amicably through the support channel within 30 days will be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

Players may use extrajudicial dispute resolution channels available in Brazil, including the Procon in their state and the consumidor.gov.br platform, before pursuing legal action. 323bet is committed to responding to submissions received through these channels within the timeframe established by consumer protection law.
